In Spain we feel at home, from Benidorm we often make small trips within Spain to discover the whole country. So it is only a 4.5 hour drive to Madrid, Toledo, Jaén or Granada. We like to spend the night in one of Spain's beautiful Paradores. Valencia is a 1.5 hour drive from Benidorm and Alicante can be reached in 30 minutes. The immediate surroundings also offer plenty of fun, there are more than enough places to eat out or go to the beach.

Additional information

Just a stone's throw away is the charming old town center of Benidorm, where the warm and cozy atmosphere of the Spanish town embraces you. Stroll through the narrow streets with their whitewashed houses, decorated with beautiful cast iron balconies and admire the old church on top of the cliffs and the castle square with its bright blue and white colors. This was once a modest fishing village before it grew into a popular tourist destination, but the influences of that time are still visible, creating a unique and authentic atmosphere. Enjoy the best tapas and delicious wines in the many cozy tapas bars and let yourself be carried away by the charm of the old Spanish city center.
La Olla beach (ALTEA), towards Calpe is the perfect place to put your feet up in the soft sand of the beautiful beach of La Olla, while enjoying a delicious paella at Restaurant Arreche. The coziness of being together and the sound of the waves in the background create a relaxed atmosphere while you enjoy the delicious flavors. But that's not all! In the first half of August you can also admire the most beautiful fireworks of the Costa Blanca, the Castell de l'Olla. The fireworks are set off at sea on the coast and start just before midnight. You can watch the fireworks for free from the beach or you can reserve a VIP place at restaurant Arreche with a delicious dinner and champagne at one of the tables on the beach. It is the perfect way to enjoy an unforgettable evening full of fun and wonderful experiences with your group.
AN AUTHENTIC FISHING VILLAGE The port of Calpe is located under the big rock Peñón de Ifach. Calpe is originally a fishing village and today the fishing port is still very active. At the end of the afternoon the many fishing boats return to the harbor to sell their catch immediately at the auction. Individuals can also participate in this auction. Very nice to experience! In addition to fishing boats, there are also many catamarans and other boats in the harbor
The province of Alicante is influenced by the Mediterranean climate and is characterized by a constant constant throughout the year, which is favorable for the development of the vine. The summers catch the eye with their warm temperatures, dry months and many hours of sunlight that give us excellent grapes. These weather conditions attract tourists from all over Spain and abroad to enjoy the Mediterranean coast. The wine route of Alicante is the alternative or the ideal addition to sun and beach tourism: to introduce the tourist to the inner areas full of history, culture and gastronomy; and to confirm the long winemaking tradition and the quality of DO. Alicante.
In the port of Benidorm there are several providers of water sports. Half an hour / hour of jet skiing is always a nice experience. you can easily walk there to make a reservation.
El Castell de Guadalest is a town of Islamic origin and it was, at the time of its construction, a very valuable fortress. Conquered by Jaime I who donated it to Bernardo de Sarria, in his family property until 1335 and later to Prince Pedro of Aragon. The L'Alcazaiba de San José, seen on one of the rocks, played an important role in the defense of the city. Built in the 12th century and rebuilt in the 15th and 16th centuries but affected by an earthquake
