This detached 6-8 person non-smoking villa is located on a cul-de-sac on a plot of 1,800 M2 in a residential area in Altea la Vella, Alicante province, just a few minutes from the Mediterranean Sea and close to the Don Gayo golf course (now Altea Club de Golf).

This region has a unique microclimate, which means that the number of hours of sunshine is very high. In addition, this area is characterized by many olive trees, palms and citrus trees.

It is a beautiful, quiet place with a spacious, child-safe private salt electrolysis swimming pool, large terraces and, very importantly, lots of privacy. There is parking space for several cars on the closed grounds.
The house has no stairs and was completely renovated in 2009 and consists of 2 residential units, namely a 110 M2 upper floor and an apartment of 65 M2 underneath. All windows have double glazing.

The upper floor has a living room/dining room (both with large sliding glass doors to the terrace) with a fireplace, an open kitchen (gas stove (5 burner), extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster), a spacious bedroom, a modern spacious bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and walk-in shower, a spacious entrance room with double sofa bed (a cot can also be placed here) and a separate guest toilet.
The apartment has a living room/kitchen (gas stove (4 burners), extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower.
The house has heating and air conditioning in all rooms. There is free internet (100Mb) with WiFi, a flat screen TV with satellite receiver upstairs and downstairs (all Dutch channels) and a BBQ, a washing machine, a dryer, a clothes dryer/drying rack and irons/boards and vacuum cleaners are also available.
For babies/toddlers there are two camping beds with mattresses, a baby bath and two baby/high chairs.
From both the upper and lower terraces there is a fantastic view of the distant surroundings and the mountains. Sunbeds for the pool and garden chairs for the terraces are widely available. There is a veranda on the upper terrace and extendable awnings are available for shade creation. There are several large parasols for the swimming pool and other terraces.
For sports enthusiasts there are opportunities for golf, tennis, horse riding, sailing, mountain climbing, (kite) surfing, cycling, mountain biking, walking, etc. In Benidorm (15 km) there is both an amusement park (Terra Mitica) and a zoo (Terra Natura) and several swimming pool complexes with slides, etc
