Beautiful villa, opposite a large shared swimming pool with beautifully landscaped garden and sunbathing lawn. Located in a residential area in a quiet and safe area, especially if you are here with children.

Because our villa is located diagonally opposite the swimming pool, you can keep an eye on the children from the garden or sun terrace as they play by the pool. Inside, the villa has a living room with seating area and dining area for 4 people, a semi-open kitchen complete and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusta coffee machine and large fridge-freezer.

There is also a bathroom on the ground floor with a shower cabin and toilet.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms (2x double) with built-in wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The master bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the park and swimming pool. On the 2nd floor there is a large terrace with beautiful views. on the salt lakes and mountains. The bedrooms on the 1st floor and the living/dining room have air conditioning. Furthermore, each room has fans.

The house is located on the South/East and offers plenty of sun on the large terrace at the front of the house. It is possible to find a spot in the sun or in the shade all day long. There are comfortable lounge chairs and 2 sunbeds. We use our parking lot as a terrace, because you have sufficient parking just further down the street. The villa is located in Lo Crispin on the Costa Blanca near Ciudad Quesada and Guardamar in Alicante Province. Ideal for people looking for peace and quiet, but also for families with children, snowbirds, hikers or sports enthusiasts (cycling, golfing, diving, sailing, tennis). We recently had infrared heating panels installed on the ground floor so that our villa is also very pleasant to stay in the "colder" period.

According to the World Health Organization, this area of Spain is one of the healthiest places to live due to its many salt lakes. The microclimate created by the salt lakes is particularly beneficial for patients with arthritis, rheumatic diseases, dermatological diseases, heart complaints and respiratory tract diseases.
