Welcome to 'the Villa with the beautiful view'

Important to know: The villa was recently purchased and will be renovated next year. The villa is in good condition but somewhat dated and that is why we are renting the villa this season at a very attractive rate, making us the cheapest private villa in the popular Jalon region. And in Spain you live outside most of the time. So a little less luxurious but save hundreds of euros and with a large swimming pool and an even greater view.

Although the kitchen and bathrooms are dated, it all works properly. Moreover, the beds are brand new, even all the linen, kitchen utensils and sofa are new. The villa is maintained by a local team for cleaning and key collection.

Located in the beautiful Vall de Pop with towns such as Alcalali, Jalon and Parcent, this villa has a very beautiful location. We are located in a small, rustic residential area at the end of a dead end road. The villa has a sea of peace and space with great views. We are within walking distance of the village of Alcalali, useful if you want to go to a bar without using the car.

The four-person villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cozy dining, cooking and living area. The bedrooms each have single beds, put them together or apart, the choice is yours. All bedrooms have new beds and linen and are equipped with mosquito nets and fans. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven and microwave. The kitchenware is new in 2023. The villa has a good private wifi connection. We have a large 8x4 private swimming pool of 1:20mtr - 2:20mtr so you can really take a dip here. In Spain you usually live outside and that is very possible in this place. There are several terraces with a great view, sit by the pool or on the quieter side terrace or rather in the shady naya. After a day of sightseeing it is wonderful to come back and enjoy the peace and space.

The Vall de Pop region is very popular, there are many rustic villages, good restaurants and boutique shops. It is also popular with walkers and cyclists (many national teams train here), we also have a closed storage area to store bicycles. In the villa we have an information folder of beautiful walking and driving routes. The coast is also never far away, you are already on the beach in half an hour's drive. Coastal towns such as Denia, Javia and Moraira are also nice to visit or drive to Valencia or Alicante in a good hour for a city visit. Plenty of choice.

We have almost everything included in the price, but as with most villas, there are mandatory final cleaning and meet & greet costs to be paid on the spot. More information in the price overview.

After years of having a villa in another region of Spain, we recently purchased this villa, because we think the Vall de Pop region is the nicest region of Spain. Authentic villages, good restaurants, bodegas and beautiful views. The beaches are not far and there is a healthy climate. According to U.S; come, stay and enjoy!!

Explanation of prices

The deposit is 30% + deposit, the main payment is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you book within 7 weeks before arrival, the entire amount must be paid in one go.

We recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation costs apply:
cancellation > 6 months before arrival: 50 euro administration costs
cancellation from 6 months to 90 days before arrival: 25% of the rent
cancellation from 89 to 31 days before arrival: 75% of the rent
cancellation less than 31 days before arrival: 100% of the rent
