We are Thea and Leo.
Owners of apartment Elda, apartment Strauss,
Villa Vanduc
(no longer on Micazu) and apartment Alpisol.
Apartment Strauss is ideally located to spend a nice holiday.
It is a ground floor apartment located on the Bulevar de los Musicos.
South oriented and completely renovated with solid materials.
It is located in the very center of Albir, 100 meters from the market place.

Volledig ingerichte keuken, aansluitend aan de living, voorzien van veel elektrische toestellen en keukenmateriaal. Zeer aangenaam om te eten aan de granieten tafel waar er zeer veel lichtinval is door het zijraam.
Het zicht aan de achterzijde van aan de eettafel.
Het zicht op Albir van af de eettafel en kookeiland. Via het zijraam. Daar deze gevel oost gericht is krijgen we hier ook de ochtendstralen binnen.
Een leuk zithoekje op het zuid gelegen terras. Om samen een gezelschapsspel te doen of te eten en iets te drinken.
Ingeglaasd terras met een glasgordijn dat makkelijk open of toe te schuiven is. Met een mooi en ruim zicht op het marktplein van Albir en de berg Helada.
Dit is het verlengde van het zuid gelegen terras dat aansluit aan de hoofdslaapkamer. Lekker genieten van de zon met een boek of siesta achter het glasgordijn of in de open lucht. PUUR GENIETEN
De hoofdslaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed van 1m50 X 2m. Deze sluit aan aan het zonneterras en is voorzien van een groot schuifraam met screens en een elektrische rolluik en een ruime ingemaakte kast.

Deze badkamer hoort bij de hoofdslaapkamer, deze is niet aansluitend aan de kamer, de inkomhal is ertussen. Heeft een inloopdouche van 1m80 X 80cm, hangtoilet en wastafel. Voorzien van de nodige handdoeken en washandjes.
Tweede slaapkamer voorzien van 2 aparte bedden van 90 X 2 meter. Ook deze kamer heeft veel daglicht. Is wel noord gelegen maar is voorzien van een rolluik en screen. Er is ook een ingemaakte kast voorzien. Deze kamer heeft de badkamer en suite.

Het gemeenschappelijk zwembad, zeer goed onderhouden en rustig. Dit is enkel toegankelijk voor de bewoners van het complex.
