Are you looking for a typical Spanish holiday address, a stone's throw from the beach with a view of the sea and mountains. Then this is for you.
We did a thorough renovation in 2018, in which the house is equipped with a new kitchen, bathroom and air conditioning. We also had a private swimming pool of 5.50 x 3 x 1.40/1.80 made in the garden in 2020.
From the terrace of 40m2 you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea covered or in the sun, there is also a cozy sitting area near the pool where you can enjoy the sun until late and a private parking space for your car. At the pool there are 2 comfortable sunbeds and there is also a lovely lounge sofa where you can enjoy the sun all year round.
As an extra, there is a wonderful outdoor shower with hot and cold water on the open patio behind the house, where you can shower in the open air!

Our house is located in a pleasant street, close to restaurants, terraces and shops. The house has a cozy living room (with Dutch television and all sports channels), a nice kitchen with all amenities, including a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, both with box-spring beds, a small room that can be used as a children's room on request, a new bathroom. of hanging toilet and walk-in shower and there is also a separate toilet. Air conditioning in 1st bedroom and living room.
The house is located 50 meters from the beach, less than 3 minutes walk to get to the beach (no steep road).
If you like walking, our house is on the road to the Albir lighthouse, this is a beautiful walk along the coast and through the natural park of la serra gelada. For the more adventurous hikers, you can also make the 4-hour hike to Benidorm through this park, along breathtaking cliffs and beautiful nature. All this practically in our backyard.
