This small romantic house consists of two floors. On the ground floor is a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. In addition to the high dining table, there is a cozy sitting area by the wood stove.
A steel spiral staircase takes you to the ^1st floor and the sunny balcony.
There is also a cozy bedroom with a luxurious double bed (hotel quality mattress) and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
In front of the house is a private terrace with a nice lounge area and a table with chairs for breakfast and dinner outside.

At the end of 2019 we discovered our finca, an old olive grove located against a mountain just outside the white village of Yunquera. It immediately felt like pure life: tranquility, being outdoors a lot, a green oasis, Andalusian hospitality, living at a wonderfully calm pace. A place where we simply grow old happily. A place for which we gladly exchanged our busy lives in Noordwijk.

Prices exclude service costs of 10% of the total sum.
Final cleaning is included.
We ask for a deposit of 100,-.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
