This friendly Andalusian villa with heated private pool is built on several terraces, giving the villa a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, the mountains of the Sierra Nevada with the snowy peaks in winter and the picturesque town of Salobreña with the rock built 13th century Moorish castle, which is lit up at night. The villa is quietly located at the end of a dead end street.

As soon as you climb the stairs to this beautiful authentic Andalusian villa you will be impressed by the breathtaking views and the vastness of the surroundings. On the lower terrace is the heated private swimming pool with comfortable sun beds, so you can relax and enjoy the sun for hours, never getting bored of the Mediterranean Sea and the impressive landscape around you. The pool has a deck with solar cells, so that maximum use is made of the Spanish sun for heating.

On the top terrace is the beautiful villa with a terrace at the front with a dining table and at the rear a garden with a dining table, so you can choose to eat in the sun or in the shade. The round windows of the bright living room offer you a magnificent view of the mountain peaks of the Sierra Nevada. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and has patio doors to the terrace with a gas BBQ, where you can prepare fresh fish. In the evening you can sit down for hours, enjoying the beautiful Spanish wines and the great views. The villa has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and relaxing rain shower. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds and a shared bathroom with 2 sinks and rain shower. Both bathrooms were renewed in the spring of 2017. 2 bedrooms have patio doors to the terrace, so you can admire the beautiful sunrise. The villa is air-conditioned (hot / cold) and in the living room you will find a cozy fireplace for those winter months when the sun sets earlier. The villa has WIFI and satellite TV with a large number of European and international channels.

On the terrace below the villa is a spacious apartment with a double bedroom with king size bed and patio doors to the terrace, a bathroom with bath and a living room with open kitchen. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 extra guests. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold), WIFI and TV with Spanish channels.

In total, villa Vista offers sleeping space for 10 people (excluding small children in camp beds.)

Villa Vista has a garage where you can park your car.

Because the villa is built on different terraces and has an independent apartment, the villa is ideal for 2 families who are on holiday together.

Villa Vista is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Villa Vista is built on the beautiful hill of Monte de los Almendros. The communal recreation area with tennis court, swimming pool, paddling pool, playing field and petit restaurant (during the summer months) are within walking distance.

The beach, restaurants and shops are less than 10 minutes' drive away. The airports of Malaga, Granada and Almeria are easily accessible. If you can tear yourself away from this beautiful villa, there are many things to see and do in the area: the Sierra Nevada ski resort, where you can also take beautiful walks, is less than 75 minutes' drive - can ski in the morning (from December to April) and enjoy the beach or your swimming pool in the afternoon. The 18-hole golf course, which is located on the beach, is a 10-minute drive away. The picturesque mountain villages in the Alpujarras are in the vicinity of the villa as well as the beautiful historic cities of Granada with the world famous Alhambra palace and Malaga with its historic center, the cathedral and the Picasso museum.

Salobreña benefits from the subtropical microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of more than 20 ° C.
