Montefrio is located between Granada and Cordoba in Andalusia, southern Spain.
after a nice career in Belgium we changed our lives and moved to Andalucia, Montefrio.
Our B&B has been running for 15 years now and we don't regret it for a second.
In addition to the B&B, it is nice to rent out friends' holiday homes.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
