Finca la Cuesta is a detached villa, located in the hills a stone's throw from Monda, an authentic Spanish village (Andalusia) in the beautiful Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve. An ideal location between Malaga, about 30 minutes drive from the airport and about 20 minutes from the fashionable resort of Marbella.
The attractively furnished villa has a lovely living room, adjacent fully equipped kitchen, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which has a bath. Upstairs in the house is a spacious loft with lounge and TV corner. Naturally, the finca is equipped with all modern conveniences, including wifi, air conditioning and central heating.
You reach the villa via the driveway with electronic gate and ample parking. Around the villa is a very spacious garden, where sun and shade alternate and various seating areas can be found. A spacious veranda makes it possible to enjoy the outdoors from early in the morning until late in the evening. And of course you can enjoy the pool.
At the end of 2019, the house was renovated, painted and equipped with new beds and furnishings.
The villa is located in a spacious and quiet location, where privacy is guaranteed, but on an accessible road, about 1 km from the village center.
