Looking for an unforgettable holiday in beautiful Andalusia in southern Spain? Cozy, traditional and spacious holiday home (finca) in the mountains of Andalusia. Near Canillas de Aceituno and coastal town of Torre del Mar. Ideal for large groups or several families, but also for couples. Ask about the possibilities today.

The unique thing about this location is the tranquility and the beautiful view over the valley. Because of its location you can enjoy your privacy.

The house (from 2 to 10 people) consists of 2 adjacent residential units, ideal for groups or families holidaying together. But of course also suitable for 2 people.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over both residential units and a large, central terrace where everyone comes together to enjoy the sun or seek the coolness of the shade. In the evening it is the ideal place for a barbecue and drinks. In addition, there is a spacious private swimming pool overlooking the valley.

On arrival we will ensure that a welcome package is ready for you, including milk, bread, butter, cheese, beer and wine. You really are in traditional Spain. Ideal if you are looking for peace and privacy in beautiful surroundings.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts:
  • Cancellation > 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before the start date of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Additional information

The nearest beach of Torre del Mar is about 16 km away and 15-20 minutes by car. Torre del Mar has an abundance of bars, cafes and restaurants and a lovely boulevard with lots of views.

The more popular Nerja is about 40-50 minutes by car. Nerja is an attractive town with characteristic narrow Moorish streets, filled with shops, terraces and restaurants. And don't forget the beautiful view from the Balcon d'Europe. The city is surrounded by cliffs and well-known stalactite caves. You can visit the world-famous caves of Nerja.
Nice white mountain villages and beautiful views make the area particularly suitable for driving around and visiting famous historic villages and towns. Canillas de Aceituno is about a 10-minute drive from our house. Other well-known historic towns are:

Almáchar, Comares, the old capital of the Axarquia region, Cómpeta and its wines, Frigiliana, with a view of the sea, Periana, etc.
The best climate in Europe can be found in Axarquia to mean the area has about 320 "sunny days" per year. The climate in the area is Mediterranean, it is very often sunny.
