Casa Rolle is a beautiful apartment, two terraces. Private roof terrace has beautiful views of the sea and lots of privacy. Luxury and comfort in every room.
La Herradura is a pretty little Spanish village in Andalusia on a beautiful beach and just 45 minutes from Malaga Airport. The subtropical climate has the advantages of not being too hot in summer and mild in winter.
The old village of La Herradura is surrounded by mountains and far away from mass tourism. This area has the sunniest and warmest climate in Europe and earned the name Costa Tropical!!
The village is close to larger towns such as: Almunécar, Nerja and the very beautiful Frigiliana (declared the most beautiful town in Spain in 1993). The distance to Granada (Alhambra) is only 45 minutes drive. Ski enthusiasts can go to the Sierra Nevada. (45 min.) Golf courses are at Vélez-Málaga and at Motril, both 30 minutes drive. Horse riding is also possible on the beach and in the mountains. There are plenty of other recreational opportunities, such as for naturism enthusiasts there is a beautiful secluded bay (small) / beach further on, the Cantarrijan beach. This beach is split into a naturist section and a dressed section. There are also many diving activities, windsurfing, sailing etc. in la Herradura...
In the old white village there are many nice little shops, bars with terraces and restaurants. In La Herradura you will find everything you need for your daily shopping, there is even a fresh market that is open every day to buy fresh fish, meat, vegetables and fruit. The restaurants are mainly Spanish, but there are also Italian, Chinese and English restaurants in the village.
Our apartment is near the beach, (only 350 meters walking distance) on the beach there are plenty of options for renting beds and umbrellas.
Our apartment has a nice balcony off the living room; there you have a view over the white village and the swimming pool. Nice space to have breakfast with the sun all morning. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning.
The large private roof terrace upstairs gives you even a better view; Here you have a view of the entire bay, the beach and the mountains.
The roof terrace offers sun all day, you can enjoy it by using the sunbeds, table and chairs, parasol, etc...
There are two bedrooms in the apartment. One master bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds. The floors in the apartment are marble, besides being beautiful, it is above all cool and very easy to clean.
Both bedrooms have large closets and there is even a possibility to rent a cot. A high chair is of course also available.
There are two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet and one with bath and bidet.
For cooking enthusiasts, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge with freezer.
Practical information:
Our apartment can accommodate up to 5 people, there is also a possibility to place/rent a baby bed.
The swimming pool is open from June to October and is only for the people living in the apartment building. Open from 10am to 3pm and 5pm to 10pm. During the day it is closed for two hours due to siesta time.
Smoking is only allowed on the terraces. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and good quality towels are provided. You must provide your own towels to take to the beach or swimming pool.
Minimum rental time is 7 days. (1 week)
- Final cleaning, use of bath, bed and kitchen linen and meet & greet is 145 euros. (meet and greet before 20:00, after this time there is an additional cost of 50 euros or 100 euros for arrivals after 24:00)
- Rental price is for a maximum of 4 persons (including children). If you want to come with 5 people we charge extra 50, = euro per week.
- The cost for good Wi-Fi is 15 euros per week.
- Rent for a cot is 25, = euro per week.
- Deposit is 175, = euro, the deposit will be refunded after your departure and after the final inspection of the apartment by our property manager.
Extra information:
The apartment is only 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport: We will send you a (direction) description from the airport to the apartment.
Arriving at our apartment you will meet our property manager Rachel, she will greet you and give you a guided tour of the apartment and hand over the keys.
