Available for rental from June 2023. After the construction of our fantastic house in Austria, we wanted to realize our 2nd dream, a villa in Spain. In October 2022 we finally got the key. Autumn 2022 and spring 2023 will be devoted to renovation, with the bedrooms newly painted and furnished (new beds, mattresses and bedding everywhere) and air conditioning, the bathroom completely renovated, the swimming pool renovated, 2 terrace doors placed in the living room are, living room complete with new furnishings, 4 terraces are laid out, garden with palms and banana trees, and a parking space is realized.
At the front of our house is a large canopy with armchairs where you have a fantastic view with a beautiful sunset. In the autumn of 2024, a larger conversion awaits, a new kitchen, a 3rd bedroom and a new tiled floor.
Our villa gets an Andalusian look.
Our house is situated in a fantastic location, with views over the sea, with a view as far as Malaga/Torremolinos, on clear days to Morocco, and on the other side a view of the mountains, including the striking la Maroma. There is a large swimming pool of 10 meters by 5 meters, an outdoor shower, large poolside terrace with a roof. Between the olive trees you will find 2 more terraces. Bed linen and towels included.

You will stay in a top location, surrounded by nature, quiet, but not lonely, sufficient privacy, and yet only 6 minutes by car from Competa. A lively white village where many terraces and restaurants can be found, as well as a bakery and a number of supermarkets. You can drive to several coastal towns, all around 30 minutes away. Malaga Airport is less than an hour's drive away.
