Villa Andalucía

The lovely villa, equipped with all comforts, is only a 35-minute drive from Malaga airport. A swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters with a wide staircase, 4 bedrooms with 8 fixed sleeping places, 4.5 bathrooms, televisions with Netflix and (despite the remote location) super fast WiFi.

The garden of over 4500 m2 is tastefully landscaped with several terraces, a yoga area and a jeu des boules court. The villa consists of several parts, which are all included in the rent. It is not possible to rent part of the complex:

Main house
The main house contains 3 bedrooms ( bedroom 1 : bed of 180x210, bedroom 2 : bed of 180x200; bedroom 3 : 2 bunk beds with 4 times 90x200), 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, juicer and a Jura espresso machine. The main house is equipped with several air conditioners.

Guest house 1
Attached to the house is a guest house with a double bed (180x200cm), private bathroom and a living room with a sitting area and TV. The guesthouse has its own air conditioning.

Guest house 2 incl entertainment room
Also adjacent, but on the side of the pool, is a guest house with a double bedroom (180x200cm), en-suite bathroom and a large entertainment area with a pool table, TV and bar with views over the pool and the Mediterranean Sea. The guesthouse has its own air conditioning.

Under the round balcony terrace is a 6th bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm), sink and toilet. On clear days you can see Africa while lying in bed here! Bed linen and towels are included during the stay.

All mattresses, bed linen and towels were renewed in 2023 and the house is freshly painted inside and out. Although the villa is not particularly suitable for small children due to unfenced parts of the garden, there are 2 baby beds available.
