This holiday villa with private pool is only about 50 minutes by car from the airport of Malaga, about 15 minutes from the beach and has a beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea and the coast of the cozy Torre del Mar.
Nearby is the beautiful Baviera golf course. There are several bike rental shops in Torre del Mar. And in both Algarrobo costa and Torre del Mar there are many places to eat tasty tapas!

The house has complete privacy and is equipped with all comforts and luxury. The house is quietly located in the so-called "Campo", which means that you have to go up a relatively small road to get to the house. This takes all in all about 15 minutes.
The villa has a large swimming pool, several sun loungers and a seat under a shade cloth. The car can be parked on site and everything can be completely closed off with a gate.

Andy and Danielle (our local Dutch speaking agent) are available at all times for you.
They live about 20 minutes away from you. They will meet you near the house to guide and explain the last kilometers to the house.

Deposit:

After approval of your booking, we ask you to make a deposit of 25% of the travel sum. Including a deposit and cleaning costs).
We ask you to transfer the full travel sum no later than 60 days before check-in.
This is the remainder of the travel sum including deposit and cleaning costs.

Cancel:
Standard cancellation conditions:
If you want to cancel at least 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
If you want to cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.

COVID019. If you are not allowed to travel in or out due to Covid measures, you will always receive 100% of the amount paid back.

If you do not want to travel due to limitations or illness, it is important to take out cancellation insurance yourself. So when the country is accessible to travel there. But you do not want to because of restrictions such as closed catering or the like, then the standard cancellation conditions as described above apply.
