Villa La Higuera. Large, luxury villa with large private pool and panoramic sea views, 6 km from the beach with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa consists of 2 separate parts, each with its own kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and terraces, each offering a lot of privacy. The accommodation is ideal for a larger group, family or friends and also offers privacy for eg two families or four couples.

There is also a special bar area with a refrigerator and a barbecue. The villa with 11,000 m2 of private land has a beautiful, natural garden with a wide variety of fruit trees and palms. There are several terraces (330 m2) around the house and the swimming pool, from where you have a magnificent view of the sea, mountains and valleys. In clear weather you can even see Africa. Although close to the beach you can enjoy peace and nature here.

The large swimming pool of 10 x 4.5 m has an outdoor shower and a toilet/changing room. The villa is easily accessible via a paved road with secure parking for several cars behind an electric gate. Inside it is tastefully decorated and contains everything you need, a modern kitchen with all appliances, bathrooms with toilet, bath and/or shower, air conditioning in all four bedrooms and in the living room. Central heating in the entire house and also a cozy pellet stove in the living room. Two large living rooms with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and free use of wireless internet.
The cost of the electricity you use Euro 0.50 per kWh will be deducted from the deposit.
