Then there is a cozy sitting area from where you have a breathtaking view.On the ground floor and on the first floor there are a total of 4 tastefully decorated bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds. There are 3 bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bath and bidet.Outside there is a private pool with 360 ° view of a beautiful valley . You can enjoy it in privacy. To optimally relax you can also use the 'lounge corner' and the covered barbecue area.

Explanation of prices

THE RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES:

use of bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen;
consumption of electricity and water;
internet connection WIFI with Internet TV and radio.

THE RENTAL PRICE IS EXCLUSIVE:

mandatory weekly cleaning 250 euros including linen.

APPROACH:

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the rent, which must be paid 3 days after the e-mail with the reservation form.
The remainder and the deposit (€ 1000) must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date.
After full payment you will receive the booking form with all information about the villa.
If no damage has occurred during the stay, you will receive the deposit back.
We advise you to personally take out travel and cancellation insurance.
School holidays also fall under the high season.
Discounts for longer periods are possible.
Minimum stay of 7 nights in high season.
Minimum stay of 5 nights out of season or weekends.
