The space
The villa has a swimming pool, sun loungers and a barbecue to fully enjoy the pleasant climate of the Algarve.

There are 2 suites (bedroom + bathroom) in the villa and a third bedroom. One of the two bathrooms has a Jetstream so you can relax while enjoying a massage. The total area of the villa is 187m² and is ideal for 6 people. It is also possible to accommodate eight people.

In addition, the villa is close to several beaches (5 minutes drive), including Praia da Marinha beach, which was recently included in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

Guest access
The summer house is rented in its entirety and holidaymakers have free access to all rooms in the villa.

Other things to watch out for
Possibility to rent the house in winter (November/December/January/February/March) for 1500 €/month + electricity + water

All rentals from November to March will be charged extra for water and electricity according to actual consumption.
