Fantastic contemporary apartment with sea views and pool. Within walking distance of Meia Praia beach, Lagos Marina and Lagos town. The location is unique and the view of the sea and the green area is fantastic! Balconies on the shady north and sunny south sides ensure that it is always a pleasant place to be.
In addition, the air conditioning provides the necessary cooling or, if desired, heating of the apartment. Free fast WiFi and a 50-inch flat screen TV with more than 100 Canal Digital channels (Dutch, German, local and other channels) make your stay even more pleasant.

Wintering in Lagos
The mild climate with 300 days of sunshine per year makes Portugal very suitable for a longer stay in winter. Our apartment is available in the period November - March for a special winter rate excluding energy, water and cleaning costs. Please feel free to contact us for a customized price proposal.

Enjoying summer in Lagos
It is also a nice place to be in the summer. Because the apartment is not far from the sea and there are no buildings in front of it, there is always a pleasant sea breeze. In the evening it cools down slowly to a pleasant night temperature.
Please note: During the high season (July and August) bookings can only be made from Saturday to Saturday.

Design
The American kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The spacious contemporary living room is attractively furnished with a lounge corner and a dining area suitable for 4 people. The apartment has two bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a spacious double bed and an en suite bathroom with toilet, shower and jacuzzi. The guest bedroom has two single beds and the adjacent bathroom has a shower and toilet. From the bedrooms there is access to a balcony through sliding doors. Both bedrooms have recently (Dec 2022) been fitted with new mattresses.

Environment
There are many attractions in the nearby area. How about a visit to the old city center of Lagos with the oldest slave market in Europe? View the beautiful rocky beaches from the water or would you rather spot dolphins on one of the organized boat trips? There is also plenty to stay for the sporty holidaymaker. Various walking, cycling and mountain bike routes have been set out in the Lagos area. Golf enthusiasts will also get their money's worth on the beautiful challenging golf courses around Lagos.

In short, enough ingredients for an unforgettable stay in the Algarve!
