Casa Esther is a uniquely located luxurious and spacious 2-bedroom apartment. with sea view. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small complex of only 11 apartments. The complex is only 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, Praia da Marinha, in the Caramujeira area of the municipality of Lagoa. The popular and pleasant seaside resorts of Benagil, Carvoeiro, Ferregudo and Armacao de Pera can be reached in a few minutes by car. These places have many nice restaurants and bars. The large well-stocked supermarkets are located between Carvoeiro and Lagoa.

The quietly located beach of Marinha is within walking distance and accessible via a staircase. The unique beach is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. From above, the view of the rock formations and the beach of Marinha, 30 meters lower, is breathtaking. The beach is very protected from the wind, even in winter when the sun is shining it is pleasant. The sea water is very clear and suitable for underwater sports and snorkeling.
The apartment complex has its own parking lot and a beautiful garden with a large lawn and a spacious swimming pool and children's pool.
The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. You enter through a spacious hall to the living room with an open kitchen/diner. The living room has a pellet stove and air conditioning that can also be heated in winter. The living room has a balcony, where 4 people can eat. The balcony is equipped with sun blinds and offers a beautiful view of the sea and the garden and swimming pool. A very large roof terrace is also accessible via the external stairs, from this roof terrace you have a panoramic view to the south to the sea, to the east to the bay of Armacao de Pera / Salgados, on the north side to the mountains of the Monchique and west to Benagil. The roof terrace also has a dining table with chairs and a parasol and a permanent barbecue.
