It is wonderful to stay in this holiday home in a quiet residential area. The comfortable house has spacious grounds with private terrace, barbecue and lawn with dining table and sun beds. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it a nice family home.
Within walking distance you have the coastline with a viewpoint over the sea.

The restaurants are nearby where you can eat delicious fresh fish and there is also a shop nearby where fresh rolls are baked. The village of Aljezur is about a 10-minute drive away, where you will find several restaurants, cozy terraces, a fresh market and several supermarkets and nice shops.
The municipality of Aljezur is located on the unspoilt west coast of the Algarve, in the Parque Natural de Costa Vicentina nature reserve, where there are beautiful hiking trails. The beaches are 2 km away. It is definitely worth visiting several beaches, because they are all different and very worthwhile!

Booking and payment conditions

Reserve and pay

30% deposit to finalize your booking.
The remaining amount no later than 1 month before arrival.
The deposit and additional amounts no later than 2 days before arrival.

The booking is final when the deposit has been paid.
The payment of the rent is arranged by Micazu, except for the cleaning costs and the deposit, which we ask to transfer at least 2 days before arrival.

Deposit
A deposit applies for all rental periods. The deposit will be returned to you after checking the property. Any damage will be deducted from this, you can recover these costs from your travel insurance.

Cancel
You may have to cancel your reservation for certain reasons. Cancellation must be made in writing. The following amounts will be charged in the event of cancellation:

cancellation in the period up to 1 month before arrival: your 30% deposit is the cancellation fee.
cancellation in the period from 1 month in advance up to and including the date of departure: you pay the full amount as stated on the reservation.

For reimbursement of these expenses you must take out cancellation insurance.

Particularities

Upon delivery, the rented property must be left complete and in good condition, as you found the property. Shortages or defects will be settled with your deposit on the basis of replacement and/or repair costs.
After checking and cleaning the house, the deposit will be returned to you by bank.

In unforeseen situations, the administrator decides.

We work with seasonal prices. If you want to rent for a longer period of time during the winter months, you can contact us directly.
