Heppiehuis

Heppiehuis is the name of our cozy 6-person holiday bungalow with free WiFi, which was renovated in 2017. From the house you can walk to the beautiful Zuiderstrand in 3 minutes. The non-smoking house has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a small guest room with a sofa bed and 2 (small) bathrooms. The kitchen was completely renovated at the beginning of 2022 and is equipped with a 4-person dining set, a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, combi microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and extractor hood. Also 2 doors to the backyard with a veranda.

The entire house has underfloor heating (nice and cozy in the colder months!), new furniture and 2-person box spring beds. In the living room you will find sliding doors to the front garden. Here you can sit outside with four people and use the stone fireplace, suitable for the BBQ. In addition to this front garden, the house also has a side garden and large backyard (total 780 m2). In the backyard you will also find the separate laundry and central heating room with washing machine. The garden is also fully fenced, so you can safely let your dog(s) play. There is a private parking space in front of the house (driveway with carport), in front of the house since April 1, 2022, the parking space is only for permit holders. If you receive family or friends, they can pay for parking in the parking space in front of Hotel Kaap west.

The recreation area De Joossen is a quiet holiday area (so no park, no barrier) with all detached holiday homes. Because of its fantastic location, a 3-minute walk from the beach and close to the center of both Westkapelle and Zoutelande, the Joossen is very popular. Take a long beach walk or walk over the dunes to Zoutelande or Westkapelle. Both villages are very atmospheric and perfect for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat. If you are looking for something a little more busy, the beautiful city of Middelburg is half an hour's drive away, where you can enjoy shopping or visit museums.
