We, Joyce and Egbert, are the proud owners of this lovely house in this fantastic location.
'Zomerzotheid' has a cozy, sunny living room and kitchen, equipped with all amenities.
A lot of attention has been paid to the furnishings, that is my hobby. Most tenants really like it.
We have rented Zomerzotheid through another channel for years and have always received rave reviews. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is fully equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, induction, Quooker for boiling water, Nespresso machine and microwave oven.
There are 3 bedrooms at your disposal, each with its own sink and in one of them a bunk bed.
There is one bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Although there are 6 sleeping places, the bathroom is not suitable for 6 adults.
We have created a wooden terrace across the full width of the house. This has a set of wooden furniture for lounging and on the other side a large dining table with sofa, chairs and garden cushions.
In the garden the children can play on the grass, the rowing boat and in the playhouse.
When the apples are ripe from the trees you can pick them. Maybe for a tasty apple pie? In short: Holiday!
Within 300 meters you are on the beautiful beach of Westenschouwen, but just as quickly in the beautiful forest where you can also go on wonderful bike rides.
In the forestry you will also find the climbing forest and a gnome treasure hunt for the little ones, as well as various walking routes, cycle paths, mountain bike paths and horse paths.
You can regularly spot deer in the dunes and in the forest. Don't forget the trampoline!
From Easter, the nearby supermarket is open for daily groceries, Zeeland specialties and fresh rolls. You can also rent bicycles here. Just behind the house are several restaurants with terraces for pizza, fish and whatever else you like.
If you want to escape nature for a while, go to Renesse, Zierikzee, Goes or Veere. Neeltje Jans is also definitely worth it.
