The house is very suitable for winter :
French doors to terrace, with wind screens, in the sun, facing south!

On an open meadow, directly behind the dunes.
In a small car-free park.
It's quiet, no sound of traffic!
Alone with the wind, the leaves and the surf of the sea.
We can't give you more holiday feeling!

The beach with the many beach pavilions.
Walking or cycling over the tops of the dunes to Vlissingen (6km)
View of the beach on the Western Scheldt with the seagoing vessels to Antwerp
Or through the Westduinpark 6 km to the boulevard
with the old seaport, the pilot boats for the seagoing vessels,
The MuZeea, the market with the many terraces.
Or to the terraces in Dishoek, the old bunkers,
the Delta works and the seals.

Very spacious living/dining kitchen with large windows
and patio doors to the south-facing terrace with SUN!
Large corner sofa and large smart TV.
The smart TV works via WiFi + media player.
If you have Ziggo or KPN, Netflix or a sports channel at home, bring your login code.

In storage shed: large parasol, 4 garden chairs, garden cushions, 2 sun loungers, washing machine and drying rack.
An outside tap with hose and shower head.

Behind the house:
2 hand carts.
In plastic cupboard: the laundry basket and children's beach equipment.

The house is ready to move in;
4* Rental beds + Bed linen, towels, bath towel, washcloth, tea towels, kitchen towels,
toilet towel.
Upon departure, remove beds and bundle all laundry so that nothing needs to be washed unnecessarily.
5* Fixed costs:
administration (25) and (100) for WiFi, water, park costs, control devices + filters + descaling, keeping the terrace free of weeds and sand, + checking the house.
-- purchasing and replenishing items. Washing machine tablets, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, kitchen roll, hand soap, yellow cloth + sponge, toilet block, toilet cleaner, toilet paper and waste bags
And if you run out of something, purchase it yourself.
If something is broken, please report it, it will save us a lot of time!
6* Final cleaning €100
Leave everything tidy and clean upon departure.
7* Energy will be deducted from the deposit afterwards
The deposit is €500 or €750
The deposit will be refunded after 14 days.
With your payment you accept the conditions in the advertisement and the emails.

There is a hand cart for your luggage behind the house
After payment you will receive tourist information
and the 2 telephone numbers for the house key and small tour.
