Veere in its entirety falls under the Conservation of Monuments, the atmosphere is optimal, at night it is quiet, according to good Zeeland custom. All you hear is the beautiful carillon which gives a concert at set times. You enjoy panoramic views of the Veerse Meer and the sights in the town itself with its rich history.
The house, located in the Kraanstraat, is known in Veere as the house where Queen Beatrix used to drink tea as a student. The cottage falls under Monument Care and has a well-maintained backyard with sun all day long.
Downstairs you will find a living/dining room. There is a modern open kitchen and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The whole house has central heating.
There is a Nespresso, Senseo and normal filter coffee machine with a milk frother.
There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. 1 bedroom with 2 box spring beds and a double topper on it, the other room has 2 single beds. The view at the front is unobstructed, at the back you have a view of the Veerse Meer from the top floor.
The garden is colorful in the summer months and in the shed at the back of the garden you will find garden chairs and a barbecue set. There is also a smart TV with a Netflix account. There is also a Bose sound box with which a sound carrier can be connected via a cable.
In summary: a unique location, an extremely cozy cottage and all possibilities for a fantastic stay!!
