Price includes booking costs, use of sauna, bicycles, wagon, beach cabin (from 1 April to 7 September), electricity, gas, water and use of WiFi.
For a short stay of 2 nights, a surcharge of € 45 per night will be added.
Check-in in high season preferably on Saturday.
We do not rent to young people under the age of 24.
From April to October we only rent per week.
Pets on request.

Deposit is 20% of the total amount to be paid at the time of booking.
Remaining payment 6 weeks before arrival date.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Something can always happen that prevents your holiday from taking place or that you even have to cut short your holiday. Without a travel cancellation insurance, we charge the following cancellation costs.
After a binding reservation you can cancel free of charge up to 6 months before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date, the costs are 20% of the total amount.
Cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible from 3 months before the arrival date, we will then charge 100% cancellation costs.
We therefore advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
