The new non-smoking chalet, installed in March 2021, is located on the cozy 5-star family camping site Julianahoeve in Renesse, with a heated swimming pool paradise (slides, bubble baths, sauna and infrared cabin) and a water playground for the little ones. There are also outdoor playgrounds, sports field and tennis court. The chalet is a 5-minute walk from these wonderful amenities. The site is located by the sea and within walking distance of the village.

Only families or persons from 21 years old are allowed in the chalet and on the campsite and pets are not allowed.

Explanation of prices

Terms of payment:
- Deposit of 25% of the total rent: within 7 days after booking.
- Remaining rent, including deposits: no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation conditions:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

    • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

    • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

    • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

The caravan is on a plot of over 157 m2, which also may be a car parked on the terrace is a 6-seater garden furniture, including 4 pcs pillows and parasol.De mobile home, dim. 3 x 10 meters, consists of 3 bedrooms (one double, two single beds and bunk beds for children / 12 years), bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, kitchen (4-burner stove, refrigerator, coffeemaker , mini-oven and toaster, crockery, pans and cutlery). The spacious living room includes a dining and sitting area and is equipped with gas stove, television, DVD player and radio / CD player. Pillows and duvets are available in the caravan, other bedding, towels and tea towels yourself. The consumption of water, gas and electricity is included in the rent.
