4-person holiday home on the edge of Bruinisse, 500 meters from the Grevelingenmeer.

Our attractive holiday home is located in a small-scale park on the edge of Bruinisse, near the Grevelingenmeer.

The fishing village of Bruinisse has many facilities such as a supermarket, bakery, bicycle repair shop, museum and various shops and catering establishments. On one side of the village is the Grevelingenmeer and on the other side the Oosterschelde. This offers the possibilities of beach visits, water sports activities, the harbors and seal spotting.

Bruinisse is also called the Mussel City and that is for a reason! Local mussel farmers account for a third of the supply of mussels in the Netherlands. In the area you will find Zierikzee, the capital of Schouwen-Duiveland, with its many authentic features. Nearby you will also find the interesting Delta Park Neeltje Jans and Ouwerkerk, where the Flood Museum is located. Would you rather go to the beach for a day? Then you will be in Renesse in no time, where long beaches, cozy terraces and a vibrant nightlife are well represented.

35% of the travel sum within 5 days.
65% of the travel sum no later than 8 weeks before the start.

Cancel:
If the tenant cancels the booking, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail.
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of the written cancellation by the tenant.

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period is free of charge.
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price.
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the rental price.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, the full rental price remains payable.
