The spacious garden and the beautifully situated terrace at the front give the ultimate holiday feeling. Who doesn't like pleasure boats passing by. The backyard continues into the ooibos part of the Lunenburgerwaard nature reserve. Here you will find beavers, beautiful birds and a beautiful walking route towards Wijk bij Duurstede. If you are less mobile, there is also a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.

The house has a spacious living room with a view over the water and at the back you have a view of the woods. It has 2 spacious bedrooms with a luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool bath. So there is no lack of comfort and luxury.
If you intend to bring bicycles, you can store them in the garage and your car in our private parking lot.

The house is within walking distance of the picturesque city of Wijk bij Duurstede. This fortified city is located directly on the water with its beautiful castle, mill and dikes. It offers several cozy terraces, among others. at the city wall where you have a beautiful view over the water. If you don't feel like cooking, no problem, the old town has many restaurants.
This area is very suitable for fishing, canoeing, cycling through the dikes or walking in the woods. You are in fact near the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. If you want to visit various cities, this house is very centrally located; for example, Utrecht and Amersfoort can be reached within just 20 minutes. Amsterdam, Arnhem and Rotterdam about 1 hour.
