After a renovation of our bungalow it is again ready for rental. A bungalow for 6 peresonen with a full interior. The bedrooms are equipped with single beds, 2 new bathrooms, new separate toilet, garden doors to a south facing terrace and a garden with lots of privacy. In the shed is a washer and dryer at your beschilkking. Vakantierpark Crimea has facililities for all ages and a children's program in high season.
Next to the park is a 18-hole golf course. Of course Texel known for its cycling and walking areas and endless dunes and beaches. Activities can be alternated with peace and nature.

A lovely four-poster bed in the middle of the beach garden.
The dining table on the terrace seats 10 people. There is also a 10-person barbecue.
The TV room has a wood-burning stove and a mobile TV with dolby surround sound. There is free WiFi throughout the house, and for our German guests we have specially installed a German VPN connection (separate WiFi network) with a German IP address (for watching German TV).
The kitchen is fantastic and has two dishwashers. The home automation system can also be operated from the kitchen with voice control (all lighting, music and temperature in the villa)
The spacious bathroom has a bath and shower and large sink.
Casa357 has two toilets, both accessible from the hallway. In all sanitary areas of Casa357 you will find our favorite material: marble.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and is spacious. It has its own shower and sink.
The master bedroom has a beautiful view over the dune garden and the terrace.
There are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet upstairs.
For those who still want to read in bed, we have installed reading lights. All mattresses consist of a harder base mattress, with two softer topper mattresses - just like in hotels.
The bedrooms are all equipped with a fire and carbon monoxide alarm.
A fish grade floor has been installed throughout the villa. The ground floor of the Villa is equipped with an underfloor heating system.
Free parking right next to the Villa. The parking lot has space for 3 cars.
Casa357 is located next to golf course De Texelse. A beautiful 18-hole left course golf course. Especially for guests of Casa357 we have arranged a discount for you at the Golf Course.
The villa has two TVs and an iPad with live (international) football, sports channels, Golf (Ziggo) and many other channels. Nice to watch (international) football together or to Formula 1 in Casa357.
From Den Helder you are in a completely new world in 20 minutes by ferry from Teso.
