By booking you agree to these terms. The full amount must be credited to our account no later than four weeks before arrival. If the remaining amount is not on our account on time, the entire reservation will be canceled without any refund. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. Check-in time from 3:00 PM, check-out time before 10:00 AM. We only accept bookings from persons 18 years and older. A reservation is only final after receipt of our confirmation and the crediting of the amount due to our account. We will email you the reservation confirmation asap. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at any time without stating reasons. Gas, water and electricity are included, based on normal consumption. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home. The holiday home must be delivered broom clean and tidy. You must leave your belongings as you found them on arrival. We assume that you leave the refrigerator, hob, oven, and freezer in a tidy condition. Waste must be separated and deposited in the appropriate waste containers. If this is not done, additional costs may be charged. These are deducted from the deposit. Liability The main tenant is liable for the entire group of co-tenants and for any guests. The lessor does not accept any liability for: 1. accident, injury, theft, missing, loss or damage of any kind in which tenants and/or visitors of the aforementioned tenants are involved during or as a result of a stay in the accommodation. This also includes items left on the property by guests. 2. Breakdown or shutdown of technical equipment. 3. Inconvenience and/or nuisance caused by third parties outside the responsibility of the lessor
