Cold outside, but warm in your apartment. The studio apartment for 2 to 3 people is quietly located on the Het Vlier estate. You have a beautiful view of the Lemelerberg. It is a new, spacious and comfortable and fully equipped for short or long term stays. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. The bathroom with walk-in shower and has a rain shower and a hand shower. If you come with 3 or more people or want to receive guests, a guest room with private bathroom and toilet is available. It is nice to receive people who appreciate the vastness, space, silence and nature. And above all enjoy making use of the possibilities that the estate offers. Dear guest, You are most welcome at Het Vlier estate for a short or longer stay in the studio apartment. It is a young estate where a lot has been done in recent years for the benefit of nature. We are happy to share this splendor with nice guests or tenants who like to look for peace and quiet and can enjoy the herbs and flowery fields, the old forest and the natural lake in which you can swim. Explanation of prices

If, on closer inspection, the chosen date does not suit you, we will discuss whether the stay can be moved. This is possible up to two months before the start of your stay. The beds are made and there are plenty of towels. The espresso machine is filled and the basic necessities are provided such as olive oil, salt, washing-up cubes, garbage bags, tea and coffee. Cleaning is not included and obligatory upon booking. Dogs are welcome if they are well socialized and get on well with the labradoodles (females) that are on the estate.

The country house on the left of the picture and the apartment are 25 m from the house between the trees. The meadows are in front of the house. You can walk there towards the natural pond.
There are several hiking trails on the estate and you can walk to the private beach and the pond where you can swim all year round.
At this spacious table you can enjoy a long time under the roof and by the outdoor fireplace.
The terrace is covered. Comfortable and cozy in all seasons. In the winter months there are two chairs and a picnic table by the outdoor fireplace. In the summer, the lounge sofas are under the roof.
The hot tub is spacious and with the outdoor stove, outdoor fireplace and outdoor shower it is wonderful in all seasons.
You can sit comfortably on the various terraces.

The apartment is equivalent to the country house. There is a double bed overlooking the courtyard. The shutters can be closed or kept open to see the stars.

From the kitchen you enter the living room. Immediately on the right is the pull-out bed, which you can use with a 9th person.

Summer and winter, it is always beautiful on the estate. You can swim in the pool all year round. You can take a stretcher and umbrella and stay on the beach.

The house is located on a dirt road. The front of the house is fenced over the entire length (2050 meters) with gauze, safe for children and dogs.
There is fencing over the entire length of the plot (500m). Safe for children and dogs.
The terraces are south facing. You can see the sun rise beautifully.

We are nature lovers; bat boxes, bird houses.. We leave the food of the trees for the animals.
There is ample parking in the courtyard between the mansion and the apartment.
The name of the young estate (2020) was quickly found. The estate consists of more than three-quarters of nature and forest.

There are several terraces around the house where you can sit quietly.
Unobstructed view of the Lemelerberg from all terraces.
Spacious wood-fired hot tub that is wonderfully warm in four to five hours.
You can sit for a long time under the canopy. There is an outdoor fireplace.
Here you can see the structures of the estate. Landhuis het Vlier is on the right of the photo. In the left part are two apartments. One is for your own use and the other you can book for 2 nights or more if you have visitors.
This is an overview photo. You have complete privacy on the beach and the natural water where you can also swim. You can walk here via the footpaths along the meadows.
At a 200 m walk from the house, there is a private beach and swimming pond with clear water. You can also swim in high summer. From April to November, this pool is surrounded by beautiful flowers. The pool is slightly sunken and in the middle of the meadows, which gives complete privacy.
The hot tub is spacious and with the outdoor stove, outdoor fireplace and outdoor shower it is wonderful in all seasons. Even the next day still warm with the hood on. Also stoke up with the hood on.
Room is pleasant, well equipped for 6 people. But also with cozy with 2 people. The large leather sofa is surrounded by three chairs around the lockable fireplace.
