We are happy to welcome you in our beautiful holiday home in our yard.
An attractively furnished house with garden, in a rural location with a view over the meadows and forests.
The house can accommodate six people and is located on the ground floor.
It has a cozy spacious living room with television, spacious fully equipped kitchen and is equipped with an induction stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle.
Also doing laundry is no problem, there is a washing machine with dryer.
The master bedroom has a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds and the other has a bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and electric shutters.
The house has one bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. \
Free WiFi and private parking in front of the house.
Twente is known for many cycling and walking tours.
Our holiday home is located directly on a number of cycling routes.
Close to Landgoed Twickel where you can enjoy cycling or walking. It is recommended to visit the picturesque villages such as Borne, Delden and Ootmarsum.
Close to Bornerbroek where there are several hiking trails around the "Breakthrough".
The Six Castles Route Diepenheim, the six castles that shine like pearls in the beautiful nature around Diepenheim, a tiny idyllic Twente town. Enough to do.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price;
in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
