Conditions of renting Zee-Manski
 
Introduction

In these conditions shall apply:

• Janneke Zoeteweij: one that offers the holiday.

Article 1: Formation lease

Article 2: Prices

Article 3: Payment

Article 7: Changes by the tenant

Article 8: Cancellation by the tenant

- Cancellation from the 56th day until the 30th day before the day of arrival: 50% of the rent
- Cancellation from the 30th day until the day of arrival 80% of the rent.
- Cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the total amount.

Article 9: Cancellations by JZ

Article 11: Applicable law

• The lease and all obligations thereunder are governed by Dutch law. As appropriate, the Court of Utrecht, at the option of either party shall have jurisdiction.
