The attractive holiday home is suitable for 10 people. It is located in a green area just 600 meters from the beautiful dunes and the clean wide and relatively quiet beach of Julianadorp. The cozy garden (540m2) is enclosed and offers many seating areas such as a sun terrace with lounge chairs, a terrace with dining table, a covered terrace with lounge sofa and a terrace with a large stone barbecue that can also be used as an outdoor fireplace. For the children there is a swing and a sandbox.
On the ground floor is a cozy living room, a sunny conservatory/dining room, a fully equipped new kitchen (2022) with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and a wide range of crockery, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, two new bathrooms (one with shower and sink and one with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor you will also find a washing machine and dryer (built in under the stairs). There are various cultural excursions in the area. The dunes and the beach invite you to long walks, with or without a dog. In addition to the sea and dunes, the area is characterized by the extensive flower bulb fields. In the spring the air is 'heavy' with the wonderful floral scents.
