Koperwiek is one of the 19 exclusive dune houses in a special holiday house park, directly in front of the North Holland dune reserve and with an unforgettable view of a dune lake The ultimate holiday feeling. This fully-fledged holiday home, built of stone, with its own terrace garden on the dune ground and with a lot of privacy, is hardly existent in the surroundings of Egmond. The house is equipped with a sauna, fireplace and outdoor fireplace. So, you can spend beautiful summer days in the shade of the trees, and also cozy winter days in front of a warming fire outside as well as inside. Experience a wonderful vacation in this dream location. The park is quiet, outside of car traffic and in the middle of nature. Just perfect for family vacations. For daily purchases, a supermarket, a bakery, a butcher and a fish and cheese dealer can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. The fine seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee, with its family-friendly beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is also a walk, or 8 min by bicycle. Enjoy the varied landscape, the picturesque artists' village of Bergen, or the nearby town of Alkmaar for a day of shopping. There is a beautiful authentic windmill at the entrance of the park, and it has a large parking lot. Please note: 1 parking space is available per accommodation. You can drive to the front of the house to load and unload the car. Your dog is more than welcome. Because of hygienic reasons and respect for other guests, please keep your pets off the bed.

Inside:
Through a hallway with the first toilet on your right, you step into the spacious, living room, equipped with a beautiful, modern interior. There is a dining area with a large table in the living room next to the sitting area. This dining area follows an open, also modern kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven and microwave combination, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge-freezer. Self-catering is well prepared. The stairs in the living room take you to the first floor with three bedrooms, equipped with comfortable beds. There is also a second separate toilet room on this floor. You can also relax in your own sauna. The entire dune house was built from high quality materials and is beautifully equipped down to the smallest details. There is really no lack of luxury here!  

Outside: 
The living room, as well as the wonderful terrace provides you with a great view of the idyllic landscape of North Holland. Here you can eat and drink together at the large dining table right next to your private dune. The park also has its own playground.
