This nice and detached holiday home is located in the pleasant beach village of Callantsoog. A stone's throw from the Dorpsplein and the beach of Callantsoog, this is a wonderful place. Here you have a light house, ground floor, with a garden and the peaceful surroundings give you a wonderful feeling of holiday on the coast!
The living room and dining area are located in 1 large, cozy room. Adjacent to the living room and dining area is the open kitchen, which is fully equipped. A 4-burner induction hob, combi-microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and a Senseo. There is an extra refrigerator and a washing machine in the hall. From the living room you can access the terrace through the sliding door, which is located on the sunny side. The terrace also has a lawn which is mowed every week!
The house is completely on the ground floor, with bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom has two single box springs of 90x200 and a cupboard wall where you can store a lot. The second bedroom has a box spring of 90 x 210 and 80 x 210 and the 3rd bedroom has a bed of 90 x 200. All beds in the house have single duvets and pillows. The bathroom has a bath, a shower, a sink and a mirror and toilet.
Dogs are allowed in this house! (max 1 dog.)
