The Practice

In an idyllic street in the beautiful Broek in Waterland we have realized a beautifully luxuriously furnished holiday home. It is a sunny location, beautiful terraces have been laid out around the residence, in good weather you can find the sun on one of the terraces all day long.

The residence is connected to our house and yet completely private, it has its own entrance.
The lower floor has a spacious room, double sitting area, dining room table with four to six chairs, depending on the amount of guests. An island kitchen with dishwasher, separate oven and large refrigerator, luxurious bathroom with toilet and shower. A partially open bedroom with two single beds.

At the rear of the living room and bedroom is a sliding door that opens onto the terrace that extends all the way to the front of the building. All terraces are equipped with a seating area, and a bridge over the ditch provides a private entrance.

The upper floor has two partially open spaces with two single beds, a comfortable double sofa bed, kitchenette, dining area / work area / flat screen and also a luxurious bathroom with toilet and shower.

The location is in a picturesque street with wooden houses, with no through car traffic and exudes rural tranquility. Within five minutes walking distance there is a cozy village shop where you can buy fresh bread rolls, meat, vegetables and all kinds of food and household necessities.

At ten minutes walking distance is a pizzeria, an eatery, and a pancake house and a little further walk is a beautiful old village house with a beautiful courtyard where you can also eat delicious.

The conviviality of cyclists and walking people is present.

It is a five minute walk to the bus, and in total you are in the heart of Amsterdam within 25 minutes.

The surrounding popular villages are also a short distance away and can be easily reached by bus or bicycle.
