In a quiet wooded area with nice walking routes and beautiful cycling routes along nice villages.
Near Veldhoven, Eindhoven (airport), Eersel and Waalre so close to ASML and Koningshof.
With various museums and restaurants gofbaan Gendersteyn 4 km away.

You can step out onto the terrace through the patio doors to enjoy the morning sun.
In the shed next to the house there is a washing machine and dryer, there is also a freezer. Bicycles can be parked here.
from the parking lot you immediately look at the terrace which is in front of the front door.
When you enter the house through the front door, you can look straight over the dining table into the open kitchen. Coffee or tea is available here to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea on arrival, and into the hall which gives access to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

There is a dresser where you can store things if you have brought them.
There are also tea towels and towels ready for you, there is a kitchen roll and a dish cloth and scouring sponge ready for you and garbage bags so you don't have to take them with you
The living room with its French doors through which you step onto the terrace. Here is also the television and leather sofa and the gas heater that keeps the whole house nice and warm on the colder days. There is also central heating, so it stays nice and warm in the house even on colder days.

This nostalgic-looking radio is on the sideboard, it has a digital reception, you can also listen to a CD you brought along, or you can play your playlist from your phone or tablet via the Bluetooth connection or play your music via a USB stick you brought along.

The bunk bed is in the first bedroom, the room is not large, but you will not notice it when you sleep.
next to the first bedroom is the bathroom with a raised toilet and sink and spacious shower room, it is not a super large bathroom but there is enough space for everyone and is fully equipped.
The shower room is spacious, it measures 120 cm by 90 cm, so enough space for two.
Next to the bathroom is the second bedroom with two single beds that can also be pushed together, the headboard and footboard are electrically adjustable in height, here is also a radiator that keeps the bedroom nice and warm in the winter.
In this room is also the hanging and lounger, there is also an iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.
In the cupboard there are a large and a medium-sized towel for you per person.
Parc de Kievit has a heated outdoor swimming pool where anyone who owns a holiday home in the park or rents it can swim in. The swimming pool is therefore freely accessible to our guests and their visitors in the summer.
At the adjacent brasserie with its terrace you can fully enjoy good food and drinks.

The park has two plastic tennis courts, you can play tennis blissfully here, you must reserve a time slot at the reception of the park, rackets and tennis balls are also available here
The Minigolf course has 18 holes so you can hit a nice ball here, you can reserve it at the reception, you will receive the required number of golf sticks, ball and score booklet and the game can start.
You can of course take a nice walk across the Parc, there are several ponds in the park, where many species of ducks and black swans swim
Hundreds of koi carp and colored goldfish swim around in the pond, but turtles also swim.
In the early morning many rabbits hop across the Parc
And many squirrels jump through the trees and are curious who all are there
And come and see you up close if they get the chance
During the autumn there are many types of mushrooms on display at the Parc, including that of Kabouter Spillenbeen
But also bright orange mushrooms
And what about these black colored ones
The Parc has many beautiful paths where you can walk wonderfully
But you can also walk on many paths in the forests around the park
But even in winter, the Parc is like a fairytale.
In the winter you can go for a nice walk in the park or there are kilometers of paths outside, which you can take a breath of fresh air in winter and summer, clear your head and fully enjoy.
But also in the summer, walking through the park or outside is a pleasure and when you walk along the edge of the forest you suddenly have a beautiful view between the trees over the meadows, you can relax here, nice and away from the hustle and bustle of the big city

The Efteling is located at a distance of 26 km from the park, it is approximately a 30-minute drive from the park, go with the whole family in the Droomvlucht or let yourself be enchanted in the fairytale forest. If you have nerves of steel, go for a ride in the Baron of Python.
Breda is a 21 km drive from the park, you are about 30 minutes on the road. The city is known for its beautiful old town, nice shopping streets and cozy terraces. A city that is really worth a visit.
