"One of a Kind" undoubtedly applies as a description of this special place. The design pavilion (with heated saltwater pool and hot tub) is THE place to enjoy "all the good things life has to offer" in complete privacy. The house is within cycling distance of the nature reserves and the Burgundian center of Oisterwijk and a 15-minute drive from the historic center of Den Bosch.

The garden is green all year round and offers complete privacy to visitors.

The house is fully equipped. Sleeping is no punishment on the 5-star hotel quality mattress. From the high-pressure rain shower you have a view of the large old pine trees. The luxurious kitchen is equipped with all amenities (including Nespresso machine, double oven, gas cooking and cooker). But the good restaurants in Oisterwijk and Den Bosch may also be tempting.

Both the ground floor and the first floor have underfloor heating and the wood-burning stove provides atmospheric warmth.

You can connect your laptop or phone to the high-quality sound system via WiFi and create your own mini concert in the forest. Don't feel like noise? Then perhaps look for some wood to light a fire in the outdoor kitchen or in the lounge area on the terrace. And then perhaps cool off during a nighttime dip in the heated (approx. 24 degrees) and illuminated saltwater swimming pool. (in use from June 1 to October 1)

There is also a 2 person hot tub. This is included in the rental price in the months of June, July, August and September. Unlimited use can be made of this. Outside this period it is possible to take out a hot tub package. The package consists of a complete change of the water in the hot tub, a wood package, 2 extra large haman towels, and a basket with a "wet and dry" for your evening(s) under the starry sky. (package price: €150 for 2 people).

Naturally, thanks to the fiber optic connection, the house is equipped with fast wireless internet (also outside). And for the late hours there is a nice collection of DVD films available. You can also use Netflix via the smart TV.

Squirrels & Co has been used several times in recent years as a location for photo and film shoots, but the leading role may now be reserved for you and your family or friends.

New for 2022
In May 2022 the swimming pool will be converted into a saltwater swimming pool. The slightly salted water is much better for skin, hair and clothing in all respects. So enjoy even more!!

Occupation:
The house is ideally suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 or 2 children. So less suitable for a stay with 4 adults. This is due to the size of the double bed in the guest bedroom (dimensions 200 x 140 cm.)

Summer season rental:
The property is normally rented for a period of 7 or 14 days.

Weekend rental:
Squirrels & Co will no longer be rented for weekends from 2023.

Additional costs:
The costs for final cleaning of the house are € 125. The deposit is: € 500, to be paid in consultation with the rental sum or (if desired) in cash upon arrival.
