The house has its own patio garden and a shared spacious garden to relax in. It has a lockable garage to store bicycles or a motorcycle.
The living room has a SMART TV (equipped with apps and NETFLIX) and WIFI. Adjacent is the semi-open kitchen which has an induction hob, extractor hood, sink, combination oven and refrigerator.
The spacious bedroom with unobstructed view and a luxurious 2-person box spring is located on the first floor. There is also a separate private bathroom on the 1st floor with sink, walk-in rain shower and toilet.

A maximum of 1 small to medium-sized dog is allowed in LIEF. However, the dog is not welcome in the bedroom.
