Behind our own house is holiday home "In the South". A former stable that was converted into a luxury holiday home in 2017. Its location in the middle of Epen makes it an ideal base for beautiful walking and cycling trips, with the convenience of restaurants, shops and the bus stop within walking distance.
Our holiday home has a large sunny garden with sun loungers and a large playhouse for children. The lovely veranda has a dining table and comfortable wooden garden chairs, and a rocking chair. Have a delicious breakfast in the morning sun or make something delicious on the barbecue that is waiting for you in the evening!
The house has a private entrance. Up to 5 bicycles can be safely parked and possibly charged in the wide hall. You can hose down your mountain bike in the driveway and there is space to park two cars.
In the living room there is a large sofa on which you can relax after a good walk or bike ride. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom with nice rain shower and toilet is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor are two bedrooms, both with sink and blackout curtains. In one room there is a double bed, in the other two single beds that can be linked if desired. A fifth bed or baby bed can be added. Baby bed with mattress, high chair, changing mat and baby bath available free of charge on request. Stair gates available.
