This cottage is located almost 200 meters from the road and is part of the farm. With an area of 81 m2, it is spacious for two people and has a private entrance, a terrace and a great view. The entire apartment has underfloor heating, so it is also a good place to stay in the winter months.

The spacious living room includes a seating area and a dining area overlooking the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, four-burner gas stove, extractor hood, combi microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit with mirror. The toilet is separate. There is WiFi and TV/radio. The bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
A third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

There are two bicycles available for our guests to use, if available,
(Electric) bicycles can be stored and charged in a closed room.
You can also use our laundry service for a fee.
There is ample parking on site for the car
The holiday apartment is non-smoking and can only be booked for holiday purposes.

We are Hans de Zwart and Lian van Vliet and have been living on Groningen territory since 2013. In our search for a suitable location, we ended up in Westerwolde every time. A beautiful cycling and walking area. We ourselves live in the front house and we rent out two holiday apartments in the 'part'. We also have some motorhome pitches on the other side of the farm. We would like to welcome you in our holiday apartment Ooldershoeve 1!

Explanation of prices

Prices are based on an occupancy of 2 people including VAT and energy costs, but excluding tourist tax (€ 1.55 pppn), final cleaning costs (€ 40) and the deposit of € 100.
Wifi, bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided and included in the price.

A deposit of 30% of the rental amount must be made within 5 days. The remaining amount, the deposit and other additional costs must be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival.
If the arrival date is within 7 weeks after booking, the full amount must be paid.

If you cancel up to 6 weeks before arrival, we charge 30% of the rental price as cancellation costs, up to 1 week before arrival 60% of the rental price and 100% within 1 week before arrival.
