This attractive holiday home is located in a beautiful location at the recreation park "Sevink Molen" in the beautiful green Achterhoek in Winterswijk. 150 meters from here is "het Hilgelo", a natural pond surrounded by a beach, forest and hiking trails. This holiday home is ideal for walkers, fishermen, cyclists or other water enthusiasts. The endless walking and cycling routes take you through the various hamlets. You can use the restaurant at the adjacent recreation park "Sevink Molen" and there is a covered indoor and outdoor play paradise for the children.

The living room has a sofa, TV and a spacious dining area for six people. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and a dolce gusto. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a washing machine available. The upper floor contains two spacious bedrooms with two single beds each. A camping cot and high chair are available on request. There is also a shower with sink, toilet and sauna on this floor. The upstairs bedrooms have fitted wardrobes; the windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters.
Relax and enjoy nature, the outdoors and the tranquility at the holiday home. The holiday home is a detached house on a large plot of 660 m2. In the summer you can sit on the terrace in the spacious garden, both in the sun and under a parasol.
A few kilometers from the cottage is the center of Winterswijk, where there is a range of options in terms of grand-cafés and restaurants.
