This cozy holiday home is located in the outskirts of Winterswijk, in a small-scale recreation park in the hamlet of Henxel. In the middle of the beautiful nature and the characteristic coulisse landscape. The cottage has a spacious living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with shower, two separate toilets and three bedrooms.

The spacious living room with French doors has a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and a TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge and freezer combination and a combi microwave. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a separate toilet. The beautifully landscaped garden has three sunny terraces. There is ample parking space next to the cottage and there is a lockable bicycle storage. Pets are allowed.

We have been living in the Achterhoek since 1998 because of our work as a veterinarian. The beautiful nature, the friendly people and the possibility to relax and unwind in this beautiful environment has led us to give other people the opportunity to experience this and to enjoy Winterswijk and its hamlets that are located. in the characteristic coulisse landscape where you can walk and cycle. And of course a pet cannot be missed.

You can rent Fairway for a full week, a midweek (Mon-Fri) or a long weekend (Fri-Mon). Of course your pet is very welcome in our house.

Cancellation
Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by email). The following rules apply to this:

free cancellation longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period
50% of the rent if canceled more than 2 months but no longer than 3 months before the start date of the rental period
70% of the rent if canceled more than 1 month but no longer than 2 months before the start date of the rental period
90% of the rental price in case of cancellation from 1 day but no longer than 1 month before the start date of the rental period
100% of the rental price in case of cancellation on the commencement date of the rental period.
