It is a modern, fully finished house with every comfort. A nice warm living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room has large windows that allow a lot of light and two large patio doors to the terrace. The cottage also has a spacious luxury kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and all necessary equipment and kitchen help. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and entrance to the bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The second bedroom is a very small bedroom with two separate beds. In addition, there is a separate toilet in the house. There is good WiFi available.
On the plot there is a large closed shed where you can place your bicycles and charge them if necessary. There is also a freezer in this barn.
The house was built in 2006, has a living area of approximately 55 m2 and is located on a plot of approximately 400 m2!

Surroundings : The cottage is very quietly located on a sandy road, about 2 kilometers from the center of Putten. In nature, away from the crowd! All kinds of animals live in and around the garden. Birds and squirrels are regular guests. In the morning you will be awakened by the chirping of the many birds.
The courtyard is located on the edge of the vast forests of the Veluwe. From the cottage you can walk straight into the forest (500 meters away). There you can endlessly walk and cycle. Think of the vast forests and heaths towards Ermelo, Garderen and Harderwijk.
Putten itself has wonderful cycling and clog paths. You can climb the Bostoren, go bowling or play mini golf. The Bosbad Putten swimming pool is located just outside the center of Putten. There are many nice restaurants in the center of Putten, in the countryside and in the surrounding areas. Close to Putten is the polder-rich area "Arkemheen", with beautiful nature and a place to stay for many special birds and the beach "Nulde" and "Horst" on the Veluwemeer. For a day out, the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk or the Apenheul near Apeldoorn very nice options. A must is the beach with restaurants in the middle of Harderwijk, and the shade of the trees at the beaches south of it. Also recommended, where you can cycle to, are the Ermelose heath and Leuvenumse forest.
The place is very suitable for walkers and cyclists for the forest of the Veluwe and for water sports enthusiasts who want a good base
