Villa

Boshuus 1 in Halle in the Achterhoek

Hidden in the beautiful Achterhoek forests, our completely new, spacious and attractive holiday home is located in the small-scale park Buitengoed Bos en Enk. We had the house built in 2021 and will be available for rent from September 2021. The park is located a few kilometers from the pleasant village of Zelhem with a wide range of shops and many cozy eateries. Enjoy all the beauty that Gelderland has to offer in peace and privacy. Go on a wonderful hike directly from your holiday home or get on your bike for endless day trips in nature.

The holiday home offers more than enough space for groups of up to six people. On the ground floor you will find the entrance, luxury kitchen, bright living room and storage room. The kitchen is fully equipped. From the open kitchen you have direct access to the spacious living room. In addition to the dining area for six people, there is a nice sitting area with a comfortable sofa and equipped with a radio and television. You can step onto the sun-drenched terrace through the large patio doors in the living room. The indoor storage room can be reached from both the living room and via an extra entrance next to the terrace. The washing machine is in the storage room.
On the ground floor is a spacious bedroom with a private terrace and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the first floor is the master bedroom, third bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Of course, the house is equipped with free WiFi.
There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and the top floor.
Behind the house is a wooden shed for storing bicycles etc.
A maximum of one dog per stay is allowed as a pet. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
It is a quiet forest park! No youth groups, (single) parties. We only rent recreationally, no business rental.

You can enjoy nature directly from the house and in the surroundings. Birds chirp in the trees and squirrels run through the garden. With a bit of luck you can see pheasants and even roe deer in the woods. Put on your walking shoes for fantastic walks in the immediate vicinity, or take bicycles with you to explore the entire Achterhoek. The natural landscape is interspersed with old farms, estates with stylish country houses and beautiful castles. For example, take day trips to Ruurlo Castle and the adjacent MORE museum, Slangenburg Castle and the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen and Doesburg. In short; relax completely in the beautiful Achterhoek. Discover it yourself!

Additional information

Be inspired by the magic of Carel Willink and Kasteel Ruurlo. A Castle always appeals to the imagination: it is tangible proof of the robustness of time. Art collector Hans Melchers (1938) fell under the spell of Kasteel Ruurlo when he was young. In 2013 he was able to realize a childhood dream by acquiring this Castle and restoring it to its former glory. His goal: to create a place where his collection of works by Carel Willink (1900-1983) comes into its own
Castle Slangenburg is a Guest House near the Benedictine Abbey St. Willibrord, which is a twenty-minute walk away. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for walkers.
The Achtkastelen route has been around since 1913. Since then, thousands of cyclists have ridden the route. The route can be started on the Market Square in the village of Vorden and has a length of approximately 34 kilometers. The route is signposted with special route signs. The cycling route passes the following castles Hackfort, Den Bramel, De Wildenborch, De Wiersse, Het Onstein, De Kieftkamp, Vorden, Suideras.
Are you looking for an adventurous outing for young and old? Come to Klimbos Achterhoek. Push your limits and go for the ultimate adrenaline rush. Zutphen and Doesburg are two Hanseatic cities of the Achterhoek situated along the beautiful IJssel. Each Hanseatic city has its own authentic atmosphere and charm. Come shopping in old streets, sniff culture between monumental buildings and eat a tasty snack in one of the many pleasant squares.
Officially Bronkhorst is the smallest town in the Netherlands because it has city rights, but in terms of size and appearance, this Gelderland town with only a handful of houses is an idyllic village. The fewer than 200 residents also make every effort to preserve the cute appearance of the village. Also visit the Dickens museum.
Be surprised by the varied attractions in Experience Park CactusOase. Come and discover thousands of special, colorful cacti and plants such as the 'fishhook cactus', the 'quiver tree' and ... Aloe Vera. Young and old can enjoy themselves in this wheelchair-friendly park, even when the sun is not shining!
Recreational area Hambroekplas is located near the center of Borculo. Here you can sunbathe, fish, swim or canoe. Playground equipment is available for children. Access to the lake is free for walkers and cyclists. You can park for free near the puddle in the parking lot of the area.
