The cozy Nijmegen is just around the corner for extensive shopping, enjoying culture in the historic center, catching a movie or relaxing on one of the many terraces while enjoying a snack and a drink. There are numerous activities in the immediate area. From swimming in natural lakes, water sports, tennis, golf, flying in a hot air balloon, horse riding, clay pigeon shooting, wine tastings and even gliding. Visit the impressive Freedom Museum in Groesbeek and take the Battlefield tour in a jeep. Spend a day across the nearby border to Germany by bicycle train. Whether you are a nature lover or seeker of peace or quiet or are looking for an active holiday, it is all possible.

Our house is fully insulated and fully equipped, such as a comfortable two-seater sofa with stool, dining area, laptop corner and a new, fully equipped open kitchen with induction hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven combination-microwave and dishwasher.

There is wireless internet and TV can be streamed with the available Chromecast.

The luxurious wellness bathroom in a hammam atmosphere has a whirlpool bath of 1.90 x 90 (also suitable for 2 people) for relaxing and is equipped with 6 hydro side jets, 4 back jets, 4 foot jets and 12 air floor jets. A wellness package with 6 luxurious, natural bath oils can be ordered. In the luxurious steam cabin with massage jets, aroma and light therapy you will lose all stress and enjoy a healthy and wonderful wellness experience while listening to your favorite music on the radio. You can of course also just shower in it, because the steam cabin is also equipped with a rain shower and a hand shower. The infrared underfloor heating in the bathroom completes the feeling of well-being. The water contains no lime thanks to the softening system, which you will immediately notice on your skin and hair if you have used the whirlpool bath or the shower/steam cabin. You will also immediately discover how good water can taste!

The compact bedroom has a bed of 200 x 140 with a topper and 2 duvets for wonderful sleeping comfort. The bed is made upon arrival. Bath towels and kitchen towels are included.

There is sufficient walking space to easily reach the wardrobe and the work/boiler area, which contains both a Bosch washing machine and dryer to quickly and easily wash and dry laundry.

The heating in our house is mainly electric.
Heating and cooling in the living room are controlled by air conditioning. The bathroom and the hall have infrared underfloor heating and the bedroom is heated with a central heating radiator.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, on a plot of 341 m2 with its own parking space and a large shed, where bicycles can be stored, among other things. The shed has indoor lighting and an outdoor lamp with a motion sensor.

The garden is surrounded by greenery, has a beautiful pond with water lilies and a nice terrace with garden furniture for 4 people, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning in the sun. On the other side of the pond there are 2 sun loungers for extensive sunbathing during the afternoon hours.

From the house you walk straight into the vast forest with many hiking trails, where you have the chance to spot a deer or see squirrels climbing in the trees.

The forest and the surrounding area are also known for their great mountain biking opportunities.

The possibilities for cyclists are almost endless. There is also a very wide, concrete cycle path that runs from the park straight through the forest, taking you to the center of Groesbeek in 12 minutes (3.9 km).

When you walk out of the park on the other side, you cross the road and walk straight into the Mookerheide, with many walking paths, horse riding routes, etc.
There is also a cycle path here and you can reach the center of Malden in 10 minutes or follow one of the many cycle routes through the beautiful surroundings.

A bus for regional transport stops 700 m from the park entrance.
Malden has an extensive shopping center and in Groesbeek there is a choice of 5 supermarkets for daily shopping.

In addition to the private parking space at the house, there is also a parking space for visitors in front of the barrier.
