Our holiday home HUYS 233 is located on a large plot (650m2) with various terraces, its own play forest for the kids, fireplace, BBQ, hammock, sun beds, trampoline, etc.

The house has 3 bedrooms with 7 sleeping places. A real family home in a nice place.
The holiday park has a restaurant with a terrace, a lake with beautiful clear swimming water within a 3-minute walk, a smaller shallow swimming lake with a beach and playing field ideal for children, petting zoo, playground, bowling alley, mini golf and tennis courts, game hall and more.

“Viking Adventures” and “Klimpark” are also located here and offer many activities for children aged 2 to 12 (making swords and jewelry, building rafts, treasure hunt…) and for the over 12s adventurous activities such as climbing in trees , ziplining and paintball, etc.
Pavilion “Het Buitenhuis” with camping and restaurant on the beach, is a 5-8 minute walk away.

including the Jumbo supermarket in Winssen is a 5-minute drive away
The beautiful forest of Bergharen is 2 minutes by car.

The area is known for its beautiful cycling and walking tours and many recreational facilities

Nijmegen is a 15-minute drive away.

Our holiday home is really a Lovely Huys. Aimed at both families and groups of friends.
A lot has been thought of inside and out to make everyone's stay very pleasant. Carefree enjoyment is central to our house!
With a family with three young children and we noticed that there are few houses that think about the kids. While the motto is often: if the kids are having fun...then we are also on holiday :)
It can also be more complete with friends on it. We've thought of that here!

Bed linen and towels can be booked additionally.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 45 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between 45 and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
