Welcome to the recreational bungalow 'Roodborstje'!

The 'Roodborstje' was completely renovated and extended in 2014. The bungalow offers enough space for 6 people and is located on a spacious plot that offers a lot of privacy, where you can park directly. The bungalow park is located separately but is also part of the 5-star campsite 'De Haeghehorst' in Ermelo, in the middle of the Veluwe. If you are looking for a true holiday feeling in a natural environment with peace and space, where entertainment is also possible, then this is an excellent location. You will find it all here in or directly at your recreational accommodation. Everything in and around the bungalow exudes relaxation. You smell nature and in the early morning you see birds (including the robin) and squirrels and the bunnies are busy.

Upon entering the bungalow you immediately notice the space. The living area has a leather sofa from which you have a beautiful garden view. Here is also the flat-screen TV, stereo system and various games, books and toys for children. The seating area connects to the open kitchen where a large robust oak dining table for six people has been placed. This offers sufficient seating and long dining is possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a gas stove, oven, large refrigerator, separate freezer with 3 drawers, microwave and dishwasher. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery and pans. The little ones have also been taken into account; There is a high chair and special crockery. Various atmospheric elements have been installed in the bungalow. The lighting is placed on a tree branch above the dining table. You can also use colorful LED lighting to create your own atmosphere. You can also dine by moonlight and under the starry sky because the moon shines through the skylight.

The bungalow has three bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed. A children's bed has been placed in a special corner so that you can let the little one sleep in the room with you. Then there is a bedroom for 2 people with 2 separate beds. can be pushed against each other. And finally, there is a bedroom for 2 people with a bunk bed. Sufficient options for a large group. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is also a spacious bathroom that is very pleasant to use and equipped with a double sink, large walk-in shower and a lovely bathtub. Ideal for the little ones after a day of playing outside or to have a wonderful moment of relaxation.

Through the French doors you enter the large adjacent garden with natural stone terrace. A large wooden table, bench and loose chairs have been placed on this. This means you can also have pleasant dining moments outdoors. There is also a separate terrace with seating for 6 people near the barbecue. At the back there is an attractive garden shed where you can enjoy a romantic drink and candlelight. The garden has beautiful old trees, beautiful borders have been laid out and a strip of pleasant artificial grass has been placed for the children. No worries for parents about dirty clothes, the children can play happily; enough space! For the little ones there is a real tree house where they can sit or ride down the slide.

The immediate area also offers countless opportunities to enjoy yourself. First of all, the campsite offers various options. There is an indoor swimming pool with a (small) children's pool and slide (45 m). The swimming pool is open from April 1 to November 1. During the same period, there is an entertainment program for the children at 'De Haeghehorst' during the school holidays (except the Christmas holidays). It is also possible to eat in the Eetcafe or the Snack Corner or use the breakfast service. You can also rent bicycles and there are 50 different cycling routes available for you free of charge. You can of course go hiking in the immediate wooded area or, for example, on the famous Hoge Veluwe and the Schaapskooi in Ermelo. But a day at the Dolfinarium, Walibi or shopping in Bataviastad should not be missed. In addition, you should not miss the nostalgic towns of Harderwijk and Nijkerk or the villages of Ermelo and Putten with their own nice shopping centers and various dining options.
Water sports options are particularly close by. In a few minutes you can reach Lake Veluwe at Nulde or Horst Beach, with various beaches with swimming and water sports options.
